LIL WAYNE'S JAIL SENTENCE DELAYED AGAIN... (CHECK OUT THE TWITTER RESPONSES)

Lil Wayne’s jail sentencing has reportedly been delayed due to a courthouse fire. The rap star was scheduled to turn himself in yesterday to serve one year at New York’s Riker’s Island prison for his felony gun case, but couldn’t on account of the courthouse blaze. According to the Associated Press, the fire began in the basement of the lower Manhattan court and over a thousand people were ordered to evacuate, with eight people suffered minor injuries. Wayne was en route to the courthouse just before learning it was closed. Weezy released this statement via Twitter on Monday: "Yesterday i smiled, today i smirked, tomorrow i stop ... Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, they're needed. The F is for family, friends, and fans..........thank u...........your love and prayers are felt. They kant lok up my heart bekuz y'all already have it on lok. ......thank u."
