1st came the snap , 2th (lol) time round we had the krump era, and now there's a new dance movement, it's called JERKIN'... and its the shit !!!

Originating in the northern part of California, jerkin is an urban dance style for the youth that's starting an epidemic around the nation..and has even made it to our African shores.Evolving from the famous East-Coast juke dancing, jerkin is a similar dance style that involves minor footwork, extreme bending at the knees, and being "geeked up."

The "New Boyz" who have just dropped their 1st album, "Skinny Jeans and a Mic" have popularized the new dance craze with their new single "You're A Jerk". In my opinion, these boyz are a breath of fresh air to hip-hop globally. They just go stupid and have mad fun on the mic, and they express this through their brightly coloured skinny jeans and action figures that hang low on em dookie chains...wonder what King Hova will say about this...

So if you think you're a jerk, best you get you a pair of em brightly coloured, tight fitting jeans, a pair of vans and a fitted cap rep'n any major street wear brand and start practicing your jerk'n steps..lol
