Trickin in itself really aint a good thing coz trickin is spending money, that you dont have, on a woman JUST to keep her around..now that aint pimpin'...on the contrary, if you've got that kinda money, and you you can afford to spend it then hey, why not, it aint gonna hurt you in anyway..hence the term.
